Customer Care

Something not quite right, or need to be fixed? If you want to keep your item but it needs to be repaired, send it back to the shop. Email hello@raffcoclothing.com for the mailing address and a quick form for your to include with your item. If for some reason your item can’t be repaired or fixed, you will be notified of your options. You are responsible for return shipping; your repaired item will be sent back to you for free. (Sorry, certain personal items like masks and handkerchiefs are not eligible for repair.)

For Custom Clients

 
Shipping

Back and forth shipping to allow for home fittings and adjustments is a necessary part of Custom Projects. There are no shipping charges for Custom Clients related to active Custom Projects.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you need to cancel your Custom Project after signing up:

  • You’ll get 100% of your deposit back if you request a cancellation within 24 hours, for any reason. All I ask is a brief explanation of why you've changed your mind.

  • During Phase 1, you’re eligible for a 50% refund of your total project cost.

  • During Phase 2 or 3, you’re eligible for a 25% refund of your project cost, minus any special material purchases that you’ve requested.

 

I want you to be completely happy with your Custom Project! That said, I do not offer refunds for completed (or near-completed) Projects. After delivery of your finished product(s), I’ll work with you as best I can to make sure you’re satisfied.

Participation & Disruptions

If you've bought a Custom Project, your participation is essential to keeping your Project moving along! If I’m unable to reach you by email or phone, or if you don’t return your garments to me after fittings, your Project will slow down. I don’t think this is likely, but I reserve the right to pause or permanently halt your Project in the event of your non-participation.

If your Project is slowed or paused due to factors beyond my control—including but not limited to natural disasters and illness—I will make every effort to keep you apprised of your Project’s status while mitigating the inconvenience to you. 

Ownership

All documents (paper patterns, measurements, notes, and drawings that supported the development of your garments) are property of Raff Co. Clothing. I will keep your documents on file as long as the Custom Program exists. If you would like to collect your documents for some reason, please contact me to discuss terms. (I reserve the right to decline.) If I can no longer keep your documents, I’ll make a good faith-effort to contact you to transfer ownership to you, if you want it, before securely disposing of them. 

Ready-Made Shop

Purchases from the Ready-Made Shop include any clothing or accessory items that are not part od a Custom Project. 

Shipping

Ready-Made shop orders ship at a $5 flat rate US via USPS (3-5 days).

International shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping time varies. After passing through customs, your item will be delivered by your local carrier. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee your local carriers’ delivery.

If you've ordered a custom item, please allow additional time ("lead time") for your item to be lovingly handmade! Lead time varies depending on the item. Review the product listing or confirmation email to find the lead time. If you still need help figuring out when to expect your item, contact customer support (me) at hello@raffcoclothing.com.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of checkout for the swiftest and most hassle free refund by sending an email to hello@raffcoclothing with the phase “order cancellation” in the subject line.

I want you to be 100% happy with what you buy here. You can return a clothing item for a refund within 14 days for ANY reason. (Please note, this does not apply to Custom items.)

 

  • To start the return process, email hello@raffcoclothing.com with the subject line “return.”

  • Please include your order number so your return can be processed faster.

  • Please complete the “Why I am Returning” form. (Your answer doesn't effect your eligibility to return; I just want to know what went wrong.)

  • Follow instructions to package and ship your item back to me.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If you are exchanging, the flat rate shipping fee will be waived for the first replacement.

Once I receive your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Please be careful when you try your order on! I hand make all of the items in the shop, which is very time consuming! If they're damaged, I can’t resell them. Sad face.

Some personal items, like Handkerchiefs and Masks, can't be returned for sanitary reasons. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact me at hello@raffcoclothing.com. Thanks for understanding. 

Privacy & Safety

I respect your privacy. This website, like most, collects anonymous analytical information about visitors, such as IP address and general geographic location.

If you make a purchase, your email address will be collected during the checkout process and used only for order-related communication.

If you choose to add your email address to the Raff Co. Clothing mailing list, it will be used only in the ways described when you sign up.

I never share or sell any personal or contact information from site visitors.
